Crazy place!

Had a quiet night last night.  There is so much on here it gets very confusing and the heat gets to you so had a quick look at The Strip then in bed by 10pm.

Today we went for a wee ride on the bikes but was too hot and too much traffic so came back to motel.  (Days Inn, Wild Wild west).  Nice and handy to The Strip, also has pool and only $85.00 a night.

We then caught a cab to MGV (Machine Gun Vegas).  It's a shooting range so first up tried 25 rounds through a Glock handgun and the grouping on the target was impressive.  Then put 25 rounds through an AK 47 a bit harder but still took out the alien target. Very enjoyable morning but the noise was terrible even though we wore earmuffs the guy next to us was using a machine gun and there were 5 other booths all firing at the same time.

Tomorrow morning catching up with Jenessa and her friends for breakfast as they are paramedics just coming off the late shift. Jenessa was living in Invercargill up to 5 weeks ago but has moved back home (got talking to her and her friend a couple of weeks ago at work before they left).  After that going to the Harley shop to get bike serviced.

Then have to find somewhere to stay as Mark and Dave away doing their own thing so I will be taking it a bit slower,.  Am going to go down to the Napa Valley to look at some vine yards plus going through Death Valley so should be interesting.
