Sherildon, plus Mark's turn to run out of gas

Left Sturgis this morning at 7 am heading towards Buffalo but made such good time kept on going.  Have ended up in Sherildon and staying at a KOA camping ground in a cabin.

Have done laundry and after that we all headed into town. Have just got a number 3 haircut and it's very hot here so went and introduced ourselves to some locals.  One guy was into motor sports and was a great fan of Kiwi racing car drivers and after he left I went to order a drink but he had left money with the barmaid to shout for us.

This bar is awesome all done in wood/natural timber with all the twists and turns and the shapes that natural wood can do and is polished up, beautiful.

Well it had to happen - Mark ran out of gas just before Buffalo.  Came off the ramp within sight of the gas station and that was it.  I was at the gas station so Dave arrived, borrowed a can and went back to give him a litre to get to the station.

Lovely town here lots of history.  Had a look around then back to camp, changed and out for tea (dinner for those in US).   We went to the Ribs & Chops restaurant.  This would have to be the best place we have eaten so far, the service 10/10 and the food 12/10 and not expensive $100.00 between us 3 including a dangerous Margarita.   I had mushrooms stuffed with crabmeat and the ribs with a large stuffed spud  - bloody awesome.  Thinking back shouldn't have driven back to the cabin after that Margarita.  So if you visit here this is one place you should head.

Puffed now so going to bed and its only 9.30 pm.
